Japanese bean-to-bar chocolatier Coco Kyoto has announced the launch of "Amour -アムール-," a limited-edition bonbon assortment featuring three new flavors alongside an award-winning classic. The new product is scheduled for release in the near future and will be available exclusively while supplies last.
The Amour assortment showcases three newly developed bonbon flavors: Berry-Rose, Caramel-Earl Grey, and Red Wine-Fig. Notably, the "Red Wine-Fig" bonbon was recognized with a Bronze Award at the 2025 International Chocolate Awards Asia-Pacific Competition. In addition to these, the box includes the Sakura Yokan-Mugwort bonbon, which previously earned a Bronze Award at the 2023 edition of the same competition.
Each box contains six pieces: two each of Berry-Rose and Caramel-Earl Grey, and one each of Red Wine-Fig and Sakura Yokan-Mugwort. The chocolates are formulated without refined white sugar, are gluten-free, and contain no additives, aligning with growing consumer demand for cleaner-label confections. The Amour assortment is priced at ¥2,700 (tax included).
Clean-label and better-for-you chocolates continue to gain momentum across the premium confectionery market. This launch follows other recent initiatives in the category, such as Poppy’s Chocolate’s gluten-free Pistachio Coconut Bliss Bloc and Manuko Chocolate’s vegan, organic Mother’s Day box.
