Australian confectionery brand Poppy’s Chocolate has unveiled a limited edition product aimed at expanding its appeal among gluten-free consumers. The new Pistachio Coconut Bliss Block reimagines the brand’s popular Pistachio Knafeh Bliss Block by replacing its original kataifi pastry component with toasted coconut, thereby eliminating gluten from the recipe.
Pistachio was one of the most popular flavors in Australia last year, driven in part by the viral success of a Dubai-made chocolate bar that combined pistachio and knafeh, sparking widespread consumer interest in the flavor pairing.
