Stone Grindz Chocolate, a handmade, award-winning direct-to-consumer chocolate maker based in the United States, has released a limited-edition Easter collection inspired by Italian flavors. Their new Italian Easter Limited Release features six seasonal products developed in small batches:
Tiramisu Caramels – Espresso and mascarpone blended into buttery caramels and coated in dark chocolate.
Prosecco & Pear Truffles – A pear and prosecco ganache wrapped in dark chocolate.
Gianduja 90% Bar – A 90% dark chocolate bar made with hazelnut butter, whole hazelnuts, and Maldon sea salt.
Almond Biscotti 70% Bar – Crumbled almond biscotti over 70% dark chocolate.
San Jose, Ecuador 70% – A single-origin bar with flavor notes of coffee, peanut butter, and mild acidity.
San Jose, Ecuador 85% – A darker single-origin option described as smooth, bold, and balanced.
According to the company, the collection was created to celebrate Italy’s Easter traditions through chocolate.
In line with the innovative trends shaping Easter 2025, Stone Grindz Chocolate’s Italian Easter Limited Release aligns with the popular flavors this Easter season. The collection’s emphasis on nut-based profiles like hazelnut in the Gianduja 90% Bar, and almond in the Biscotti 70% Bar reflects the popularity of nut flavors, particularly hazelnut and pistachio among Easter launches to date. Additionally, the Tiramisu Caramels highlight caramel flavors, which have emerged as the leading flavor in this year’s Easter launches.
