By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may modify, update, or change these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of such changes via email or through a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation:

2.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans:

3.2 Payment Terms:
You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified on the Site. Payments will be made using the methods specified on the Site. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

If you subscribed under a promotional offer, upon the conclusion of the promotion period, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the full standard subscription rate.

3.3 Billing Cycle and Renewal:
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, with options for one month or one year, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your selected payment method will be charged the prevailing subscription rate for the new subscription period. If there are insufficient funds at the time of renewal, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

3.4 Cancellation and Termination:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the end of your current subscription period. If you cancel during the current period, you will retain access to the Services until the end of that cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of these Terms.

We retain the exclusive right to grant refunds or credits at our discretion. Should a refund or credit be issued, we are not obligated to provide a similar refund or credit in the future. If your subscription was purchased through a third party, please refer to the terms and conditions provided by the third party in connection with your purchase.

3.5 Refund Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where you are entitled to a refund by law or due to issues on our end (such as an error in charging). If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us using the contact information at the end of this Terms of Service Agreement.

4. Content Usage

4.1 License to Use Content:
Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content provided through the Services for strictly personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, modify, reproduce, or otherwise exploit the content without explicit permission.

4.2 Restrictions:
You may not:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from this website, in whole or in part, for any purpose, without our prior written consent, including storing content on any local device or sharing it in any manner;

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or violate any applicable laws;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) or other recognized institution. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the venue for arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

9.3 Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any dispute will be handled individually and not as part of a class action.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site. Upon termination, your right to access the content will end, and you must cease using the Services immediately.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lin Worldwide Sdn Bhd with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

11.3 Assignment:
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to you. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or technological disruptions.
